Not happy? Return it!

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We will always try to find the best solution for you. We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

IMPORTANT: Please bear in mind that our products are meant to be used, in most cases, for personal care, or to eat or drink food, therefore for hygienic reasons, any product that has been used cannot be returned. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Any product that has been used already cannot be returned.
  • Products with the product seal broken, cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • This return policy only applies to orders made on this website.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email to support@bali-boo.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will get in contact with you to request you images of the product.
  3. Our team will let you know if the product complies with the rules of our return policy.
  4. Once the return has been accepted, we will get in contact with you to let you know the address to which you can send the product. ( You will be responsible for the shipping costs).
  5. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund for the price of the product to the original payment method used during checkout or for store credit. (Please note that Shipping Costs will not be refunded).

Additional Information:

  • Your refund will be received as soon as the product is received in our warehouse.
  • You will need to pay the Return shipping fees yourself.
  • Please note that the original order’s shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • If you receive a product broken, damaged, or that has been lost during shipment to you, please get in contact with us immediately.
