Frequently Asked Questions about Orders
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

As soon as you confirm the payment for your order you will receive an email of confirmation with a summary of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive the confirmation email, and please check your spam and junk folders too.

If after 48 hours you haven’t received the confirmation please get in touch with us at support@bali-boo.com as soon as possible so we can check on your order.

Where can I order from?

Please note that this website is dedicated to Europe. To order for the USA, click here to go to our USA Website.

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands), Sweden, United Kingdom and the United States.

If you are contacting us from a different country that is not in the list above and would like to place an order, please get in contact with us at support@bali-boo.com and we will see what we can do.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Normally orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or canceled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all the information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us immediately at support@bali-boo.com and let us know as soon as possible so we can fix any problems.

Please keep in mind you will have to send us your order number.

What if I want to order something that's out of stock?

We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order may be canceled; you will, of course, receive a full refund to your method of payment for any items that cannot be shipped. Our team will also contact you to let you know that your order has been modified.

If you still wish to order a product that has gone out of stock please contact us at support@bali-boo.com and we will try to provide you with different solutions.

How do I use my discount code?

During the Checkout process, you will be prompted to add your discount code. Please keep in mind discount codes can expire; therefore if your discount code is not working during checkout it might be due to it not being available anymore.

We reserve the right to cancel any discount code as well as any purchases made with discount codes, you will, of course, be refunded the full amount of your order.

Discount codes are not stackable. You may not use more than one discount code at the same time.

Can you gift wrap my order?

We are sorry but due to our logistics operation, it is impossible for us to gift-wrap our products at the moment. Nonetheless, our products do come in beautiful packaging!

Can I purchase a gift certificate from your website?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Gift Cards at the moment.

I need an invoice for my purchase, how can I get it?

As soon as your order is confirmed you will receive a receipt to your email with the details of your purchase. If you still need a special invoice for your purchase please get in contact with us at support@bali-boo.com with all your details and we will proceed to send you a personalized invoice of your order.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing. So whether you are a hotel, resort, restaurant or bar looking to have our products in bulk, or whether you are a shop owner looking to purchase our products for resale, please visit the Wholesale page to submit your inquiry, or email us at wholesale@bali-boo.com.
