Thank you for your comment, it certainly helps us improve in any way possible. Yes, some of our orders are fulfilled using our Amazon stock, we use them because it helps us offer a cheaper shipping price to our customers. We are definitely working on moving away from this solution, as we also don’t love it. I am confident that in the near future we will be able to start offering our own shipping, away from Amazon’s system.

I was looking for bamboo straws for a long time. Finally I bought the 100 package. The quality is here, packaging and over all the spirit of the company sticks to what I was looking for. The only deception is that I received an amazon parcel (this is the reason of the 4 Vs 5) But I’m sure they’re going to change this?

These straws are just as photographed and super cute cause they are all different thicknesses. And customer service was amazing! They were running behind schedule and emailed me multiple times to keep me updated and make sure everything was okay. Very kind people! 🙂

My straws arrived and they are GORGEOUS! Perfect for serving tiki drinks in my home bar, particularly scorpion bowls and other shared cocktails. The bamboo is great quality and beautiful both in look and feel. Also, the sellers were very, very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole ordering process. I highly recommend Bali Boo!
